顔の幅と高さの比（英: Facial width to height ratio）（fWHR）は、考古学的な頭蓋骨の測定から得られた尺度である^[1]。fWHRは思春期のテストステロンと関連している可能性があり^[2]、攻撃性の予測因子^[3]、暴力による死因^[4]、そしてCEOの成功確率などに関連していると考えられている^[5]。ほとんどの研究では、いくつかの有意性が見出されているが、いくつかの研究では相関関係がほとんど見出されていない^[6]。

fWHR は霊長類の研究でも利用されており^[7]、同様の結果が得られている。

幅は上顎骨幅（顔の最も広い中央部分）を測定し、高さの測定にはまぶたの上端（鼻のあたり）から上唇までの顔の高さを測定する^[8]。なお、この測定の方法では、歴史上の人物の写真から測定を行う際に、表情の関係で実験誤差が生じることがある^[6]。
