ランドール・シュウェラー（Randall L. Schweller）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。オハイオ州立大学政治学部教授。

ニューヨーク市立大学卒業後、コロンビア大学大学院で学び、修士号と博士号取得。2006年から現職。

国家は国内政治の要因に規定されながら可能な限りパワーを拡大しようと試みる主体と想定する新古典的現実主義（neo-classical realism）の代表的論者。
