The Times Digital Archive(Gale)で原紙画像を確認しました。初出は下記です。
"Britain's Destiny And Duty." Times, 18 Sept. 1914, p. 3.
末尾に"September, 1914"とのみあり、日付はありません。

をNew York Timesのアーカイブで確認しました。
