クロタキカズラ科 (Icacinaceae) は被子植物の科のひとつで、24-52属150-400種があり、日本にはクロタキカズラなどが産する。

APG植物分類体系では、ガリヤ目に近縁として、オンコテカ科 (Oncothecaceae) などとともに真正キク類 I のクレードの中におかれているが、所属する目は設定されていない。なお、従来クロタキカズラ科に入れられていたCitronellaなど数属はヤマイモモドキ科（Cardiopteridaceae）に移されている。
