解説SURFatNIST.jpg	College students who had participated in Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program at National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) in Gaithersburg, MD. This fellowship program is supported by NIST, NSF, and the participating colleges and universities. It is open to all United States citizens or permanent residents who are undergraduate students with a scientific major with a G.P.A. 3.0 or higher, and with an intention of pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the future. The Students can participate in one of the seven laboratories at NIST BFRL (Building and Fire Research Lab) MSEL (Materials Science & Engineering Lab) ITL (Information Technology Lab) MEL (Manufacturing Engineering Lab) CSTL (Chemical Science and Technology Lab) EEEL (Electronics and Electrical Engineering Lab) PL (Physics Lab)
