ヴィクター・ゴーインズ[1]（Victor Goines、1961年8月6日 - ）は、ジャズ・サックス奏者、クラリネット奏者。
2000年から2007年まで、ジュリアード音楽院でジャズのプログラムのディレクターを務める。
1993年よりジャズ・アット・リンカーン・センター・オーケストラやウィントン・マルサリス・セプテットのメンバー。
2008年より、ノースウェスタン大学ビーネン音楽院のジャズ・プログラムのディレクターを務めている。
