ペネロピ・ライヴリー（Penelope Lively、FRSL、1933年3月17日[1] - ）は、イギリス人小説家である。
12歳からイギリスに移り、en:St Anne's College, Oxfordで現代史を学んだ。1973年にカーネギー賞、1976年にウィットブレッド賞児童書部門、1987年にブッカー賞を受賞した。
1989年と2001年に大英帝国勲章を受勲した。
