ワーナー・ハンス・エアハード（1935年9月5日[1]:7 - 、ジョン・ポール・ローゼンバーグ生まれ、est（エアハード式セミナートレーニング）創設で知られているアメリカの作家、講師。estを1984年～1971年に運営、[2]:xiv[3]彼は、自己改善について書き、講義し、教えた。
