マーティン・フェルドシュタイン（Martin Feldstein、1939年11月25日 - 2019年6月11日）は、ニューヨーク・シティで生まれたアメリカ合衆国の経済学者。ハーバード大学教授（The George F. Baker Professor of Economics）であり、全米経済研究所（NBER）の名誉会長でもある。専門は多岐に渡っており、医療・福祉から国際金融まで幅広い。なお、サプライサイド経済学についても論じている。

略歴

• 1939年 ニューヨーク市で生まれる。
• ニューヨーク市ロックヴィルのSouth Side High Schoolで学ぶ。
• 1961年 ハーバード大学でA.B.（summa cum laude）を取る。
• 1963年 オックスフォード大学でB.Litt.を取得する。
• 1964年 オックスフォード大学でM.A.を取得する。
• 1964年～1965年 オックスフォード大学のナッフィールド・カレッジでフェローとなる。
• 1965年～1967年 オックスフォード大学のナッフィールド・カレッジでオフィシャル・フェローとなる。
• 1965年～1967年 オックスフォード大学で公共財政学講師となる。

• OECD諸国間の貯蓄率と投資率に明確な正の相関関係が存在するということを明らかにした。自由化後も、海外投資に伴う情報不足や不確実性等により、ある国における貯蓄の増分はその国内における投資に振り向けられる傾向が強いと主張した。（最近の研究によれば、そうした関係は小さくなってきているとのことである。）
