ペルカ目[2]（ペルカもく、学名: Perciformes）は棘鰭上目に属する魚の目である。
かつてはスズキ目の和名が与えられ[3]、約160科に10,000種（全硬骨魚類の約41%）が所属する巨大な分類群だった[4]。 しかし分類の再編によって、多くの科が別の目に分離されると同時にカサゴ目やトゲウオ目の一部が統合され現在の形となった[5]。
分布域は極めて広く、全世界の海洋（北極海、南極海、超深海帯を含む）と北半球の淡水域に分布する[6]。
最古の化石記録はヤプレシアンのもので、ベルギー産のEosynanceja brabantica（オニオコゼ科）、ニュージーランド産のPlatycephalus parapercoides（コチ科、耳石のみ）である[7]。
