Birth date of a Wing Commander?[編集]
Greeting, I'm a member of the WikiProject:Japan from zh.Wikipedia, and I've been expanding the JSDF(自衛隊)-related articles there. Recently I'm working on the biography of General Tokumaru Akira (空将 徳丸明, ? - 1979), 10th Commander of the 3rd Wing(第3航空団司令). but nowhere is his birth date to be found. Although I checked an amount of newspapers, they only say that Tokumaru died at an age of 58 on November 19, 1979—−not enough for me to conclude a clear date of birth by this (1921 or 1920?). Does anyone know what kind of sources contain this information?
