ザ・シーカーズ (The Seekers) は、1962年にオーストラリアで結成されたコーラス・グループ。イギリスに渡り活躍し、1967年に「ジョージー・ガール」をヒットさせた。その後、解散、再結成を繰り返し、現在に至る。

略歴[編集]

元々、男性の4人組として活動していたが、ケン・レイが結婚を理由にグループを脱退。ジャズ歌手を目指していたジュディス・ダーラムが加わった。 2022年8月5日、ジュディス・ダーラムが死去。英ガーディアン紙によると、死因は気管支拡張症（肺の気管支が拡張したまま、元に戻らなくなる病気）。79歳だった。
