デイヴィッド・マーク・クレプス(David Marc Kreps, 1950年10月18日 - )は、アメリカ合衆国の経済学者。現在はスタンフォード大学ビジネス・スクール(経営学大学院)で教授を務める。専門はゲーム理論。特に動学的な環境における人々の選択行動や非協力ゲーム、中でも不完備情報の動学ゲームの発展に多大な貢献を行ってきた。

最もよく知られる業績はロバート・ウィルソンと共に逐次均衡(en:Sequential equilibrium)を定式化したことである。逐次均衡は情報が不完備の場合の動学ゲーム(展開型ゲーム)における均衡であり、ナッシュ均衡を精緻化したものである。こうした動学ゲームの発展は、ゲームにおける名声或いは評判(reputation)の効果を分析する上で大きな契機となった。この他、繰り返しゲームにおける協調行動やゲーム理論を用いた組織の分析にも業績を残している。初期には不確実性のある場合の異時点間での選択行動について研究した他、金融経済学の分野でも大きな足跡を残している。金融経済学では無裁定原理を確立し、同値マルチンゲール測度や確率的な割引因子に関しても研究を行い、現代の数理ファイナンス理論の誕生に貢献した（資産価格付けの基本定理を参照のこと）。
