チャールズ・ユウジ・ホリオカ（Charles Yuji Horioka、1956年9月7日 - ）は、日系アメリカ人の経済学者。神戸大学特命教授。大阪大学招へい教授・名誉教授、公益財団法人アジア成長研究所特別教授・理事、National Bureau of Economic Research（全米経済研究所）リサーチ・アソシエート。日本経済学会副会長[2]。

1956年、マサチューセッツ州ボストンに生まれる。23歳で発表したフェルドシュタイン＝ホリオカの逆説に関する論文（マーティン・フェルドシュタインと共著）は、国際的にも最も引用される論文のひとつとなった[1]。1985年、ハーバード大学にて博士号を修得し、スタンフォード大学、コロンビア大学、京都大学、大阪大学、フィリピン大学などで教鞭をとる[1]。

専門はマクロ経済学、家計経済学、日本経済、アジア経済などで、日本・アメリカ・中国・インド・韓国・アジア全般における家計の貯蓄・消費・遺産行動、親子関係を研究テーマにしている。日本において、論文の引用回数が最も多い経済学者のひとりであり[1]、著書には『日米家計の貯蓄行動』（編著、日本評論社、1998年）などがある。

2018年にInternational Association for Research in Income and Wealth (IARIW) の理事に就任し、2021年にSociety of Economics of the Household (SEHO)に就任し、2022年には日本経済学会の副会長に就任した。15年間、International Economic Review（インターナショナル・エコノミック・レビュー（英語版））の共同編集長の務め、現在はReview of Economics of the Householdの共同編集長および多くの経済雑誌の編集委員、編集顧問などを務める。
