シュメル・ノア・アイゼンシュタット（Shmuel Noah Eisenstad, 1923年9月10日 - 2010年9月2日）は、イスラエルの社会学者。ヘブライ大学社会学部名誉教授。比較社会学、歴史社会学、文明論専攻。
ポーランド・ワルシャワ生まれ。1930年代前半にエルサレムに移住し、ヘブライ大学で社会学を学び、修士号および博士号取得。1959年からヘブライ大学で教鞭をとった。
