CoAグルタチオンレダクターゼ（CoA-glutathione reductase）は、システインおよびメチオニン代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

CoA + グルタチオン + NADP+ CoA-グルタチオン + NADPH + H+

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はCoAとグルタチオンとNADP+、生成物はCoA-グルタチオンとNADPHとH+である。補因子としてFADを用いる。

組織名はglutathione:NADP+ oxidoreductase (CoA-acylating)で、別名にcoenzyme A glutathione disulfide reductase、NADPH-dependent coenzyme A-SS-glutathione reductase、coenzyme A disulfide-glutathione reductase、NADPH:CoA-glutathione oxidoreductaseがある。
