『10 YEARS BEST WE R&B』（テン・イヤーズ・ベスト・ウィー・アール・アンド・ビー）は、日本の女性歌手、DOUBLEのデビュー10周年記念第1弾のベスト・アルバム。

概要

• DOUBLEのデビュー10周年記念第1弾のベスト・アルバム。

• 2008年2月6日に初回生産限定仕様コンプリート盤（CD2枚組+DVD+写真集）、通常仕様コンプリート盤（CD2枚組+DVD）、スタンダード盤（CD2枚組）の3種類でリリース。コンプリート盤にはDVD、スタンダード盤には2枚のCDがレーベルピクチャーになっている。CDにはそれまでにリリースした全シングル18曲と「double10years.com」と「レコード会社直営♪」で2007年12月3日から1月17日まで行われたファン投票による人気楽曲ランキングをもとにTAKAKO本人が選んだアルバム収録曲11曲、未発表曲2曲、そして新曲1曲、全32曲収録。DVDには全てのミュージックビデオ、「Crystal Planet」のVHSで収録されていた姉妹デュオ時代の映像、「残り火-eternal BED-」のメイキング映像、初収録となる「For me」と「Desire」のミュージックビデオが収録。

• 当初のタイトルは『10 YEARS BEST I am R&B』であったが、現行のタイトルに訂正された。「WE R&B」のWEにはSACHIKO、スタッフ、関係者、そしてファンの想いが込められている。

• 「NEVER FORGET YOU」は、マライア・キャリーのカバーである。
