アンソニー・ルッソ（Anthony Russo）とジョー・ルッソ（Joe Russo）の兄弟は、アメリカ合衆国のテレビ及び映画の監督、プロデューサー、脚本家、俳優、編集技師である。オハイオ州クリーブランド出身である。ジョーの方が齢上である[1]。2人はケース・ウェスタン・リザーブ大学の卒業生である[2]。

ケース・ウェスタン大学院生時代に初作品『Pieces』の監督・脚本・製作を行った。彼らは学生ローンやクレジットカードで製作費を調達した[1]。映画祭で『Pieces』が上映された後、スティーブン・ソダーバーグが兄弟に近づき、製作パートナーのジョージ・クルーニーと共に次回作の話を持ちかけた。これが犯罪コメディ映画『ウェルカム トゥ コリンウッド』となった。
