ルシーア・エチェバリア（Lucía Etxebarria de Asteinza, 1966年12月7日 - ）は、スペインの小説家。
1966年、スペインバレンシアに生まれる。両親はバスク自治州ベルメオ出身であるため、民族的にはバスク人となる。Izar Benayasのペンネームも使っている。
