メチルステロールモノオキシゲナーゼ(methylsterol monooxygenase)は、ステロイド生合成酵素の一つで、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

組織名は4,4-dimethyl-5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol,NAD(P)H:oxygen oxidoreductase (hydroxylating)で、別名にmethylsterol hydroxylase、4-methylsterol oxidase、4,4-dimethyl-5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol,hydrogen-donor:oxygen oxidoreductase (hydroxylating)がある。
