マイケル・マン (社会学者)

マイケル・マン（Michael Mann、1942年8月18日 - ）は、カリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校（UCLA）社会学部教授。専門は、歴史社会学。

経歴

イギリス・マンチェスター生まれ。1971年、オックスフォード大学で社会学の博士号を取得。エセックス大学講師、ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス講師を務める。

1987年、アメリカ合衆国に移住し、現職のカリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校の社会学部教授を務める。
