ヘイワード・アルカー
ヘイワード・アルカー (Hayward R. Alker, Jr.、1937年 - 2007年8月24日)は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。
マサチューセッツ工科大学で数学を専攻後、イェール大学大学院に進学し、カール・ドイッチュの指導を受ける。1963年、政治学の博士号取得。
イェール大学（1963年-1968年）、マサチューセッツ工科大学（1968年-1995年）、南カリフォルニア大学の国際関係論教授を歴任。
妻は、同じく国際政治学者のアン・ティクナー。
