FDRドライブ（フランクリン・D・ルーズベルト・イースト・リバー・ドライブ、英語:Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive）とは、アメリカ合衆国のニューヨーク市マンハッタンにある高速道路のことである。北からいくとイースト川沿いに沿ってバッテリーパークを通過し終点となる。道路のほとんどは高架道路になっている。完成当時の名前はイーストリバー・ドライブだった。マンハッタンの中では一番長い距離を走る高速である。渋滞はあまり起きない。片道2車線である。
