ピーター・カッツェンスタイン（Peter Joachim Katzenstein, 1945年2月17日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国在住の政治学者、コーネル大学政治学部教授。専門は、比較政治、政治経済学、国際関係論。
西ドイツ・ハンブルク生まれ。ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクスで修士号、ハーヴァード大学で博士号取得。1973年からコーネル大学で教える。2008年から2009年まで、アメリカ政治学会会長を務めた。
