バルネ・ウィラン (Barney Wilen, 1937年3月4日 – 1996年5月25日)は、フランスのジャズのテナー・サックス、ソプラノ・サックス奏者、作曲家。

略歴 [編集]

フランス・ニース生れ。1957年、サウンドトラックであるマイルス・デイヴィス『Ascenseur pour l'Échafaud (死刑台のエレベーター)』で共演し知られるようになった。1959年、ケニー・クラークと共にサウンドトラックである『Un Témoin Dans la Ville』、『Jazz sur scène』を作曲した。2年後、映画『Les Liaisons Dangeureuse (危険な関係)』（ロジャー・ヴァディム）のサウンドトラックの作曲をセロニアス・モンクと共にした。1980年代、1990年代、フランス映画の作曲に励む。1960年代半ばから後半にロックに興味を持ち、ロックのアルバムを録音した。1990年代にジャズに回帰する以前にパンク・ロックのミュージシャンと共に仕事をした。1996年に死去するまでモダン・ジャズのミュージシャンと共演した。59歳、フランス・パリで死去。
