トーマス・ウルフ（Thomas Wolfe, 1900年10月3日 - 1938年9月15日）は、アメリカ合衆国の小説家で、20世紀初期の偉大な小説家の一人として知られている[1]。 生前4本の長編小説と、数多の短編小説、脚本を書き、一部の小説は未完のままで終わっている。
彼の著作物は1920年代から30年代にわたって執筆・出版されており、いずれの作品も自伝的要素を含みながら、当時のアメリカ文化を反映した内容となっている。 生前は大変有名な作家で[1]、死後も、彼の信奉者であるウィリアム・フォークナーが「ウルフは自分たちの時代において最も素晴らしい作家だった」と語るほどであり[1][2]、ジャック・ケルアックやレイ・ブラッドベリといったビート・ジェネレーションの作家たちにも影響を与えた。

8人兄弟の末っ子として生まれた。（ただし、うち2人が大人になる前に死亡している[3]。）
