スオサン(suosan)は、β-アラニンから誘導されたカロリーフリーの甘味料である。
β-4-ニトロアニリドアスパラギン酸のナトリウム塩で、スクロース（蔗糖）の700倍の甘さがあり[1]、後味は苦い[2]。
