ジョージ・ニールソン・パターソン (George Neilson Patterson, 1920年8月19日 Falkirk, スコットランド - )は、「チベットのパターソン」（Patterson of Tibet）としても知られる、スコットランド人の技師であり宣教師。中華人民共和国によるチベット侵攻の間に起きたチベット動乱に、軍医として、また外交上の代表者として働いた。2011年3月25日に、真実の光賞（英語版）を受賞[1]。
