シンガポール・チャンギ国際空港（ -こくさいくうこう 簡体字中国語表記:新加坡樟宜国际机场 英文表記:Singapore Changi International Airport）はシンガポールにある国際空港である。また、シンガポール航空、シルクエアー、インドネシアのガルーダ・インドネシア航空、オーストラリアのカンタス航空のハブ空港でもある。

同国は都市国家であるため国内線はなく、国際線だけとなっている。シンガポール航空のハブ空港になっている。シンガポールの民間空港は、1930年～1937年に北部のセレター空軍基地（現セレター空港）、1937年6月12日～1955年8月19日にカラン空港、1955年8月20日～1981年パヤ・レバー空港（現パヤ・レバー空軍基地）と変遷してきた。利用客増大に対応するため、一度はパヤ・レバー空港の拡張が検討されたが、拡張工事期間の短縮や住宅地の騒音問題などから沿岸に面していたチャンギ空軍基地を近代的な国際民間空港化することに計画変更。1981年7月1日に開港した。
小国のためシンガポール自体の航空需要はそれほどないことから、乗り継ぎ客を重視しており、24時間オープンで待ち時間も快適にすごせる空港として有名である。特に、ヨーロッパとオーストラリアやニュージーランドを結ぶカンガルールートの一環として、両地域間を移動中の旅客の多くがこの空港を経由する。
空港利用者は空港出発時に、空港使用料(Passenger Service Charge)S$15と航空保険料(Passenger Security Service Charge)S$6の合計S$21を支払う必要があるが、通常、航空券発券時に支払うことになる。
なお、ごく一部の近距離線がセレター空港を発着する。

チャンギ国際空港のターミナルはは、SKYTRAINという新交通システムで連絡されている。各ターミナルにエアバスA380対応のボーディング・ブリッジがある。バジェット・ターミナルへは、ターミナル 2 の地下から無料シャトルバスが運行している。
